I was going to respond to your comment on the general counselling psych 2022 forum and then found this one. I've just begun writing my essay and was curious who else out there is going through the same process. I was relieved that rather than just a general letter of intent, they've provided a specific question to answer. My impression from reading some of last year's applicant forum was that they value relevant work experience more than academic credentials, and it seems that the focus of their question confirms this.
