Hi everyone!

I am planning to apply for a PhD in Education for the Fall 2023 intake. I have a BA in English and a MA in Women's Studies, both from India. For the last 4 years, I have been working as an RA in an organization that is in the forefront of doing randomized evaluations. I have specifically worked on health and education sector research projects over these years. For my PhD, I am planning continue in this line of research, but I have not taken any Econometrics courses in my academic coursework. I was wondering how much of a chance do I stand in being considered a feasible candidate to Education PhD programs especially getting to work with faculty members who specialize experimental/quasi-experimental methods?

Thank you!

I wouldn't worry at all. You will take those courses during your PhD. The experience you have working on actual evals will be more valuable than courses.
