Undergrad Institution: Small liberal arts college

Major(s): BA's - neuroscience, biology, & Religion. Chemistry Minor. (I'm a 5th year senior)

Overall GPA: 3.6

Major GPA: Bio: 3.4ish, neuro: 3.8ish, Religion 4.0.

Type of Student: Domestic, white male

GRE Scores: Not taken / none required.

Research experience: 1 summer REU, ~3 years part time at my institution on biochemistry and neuroscience questions. no publications.

Other experience: Work as a Contact tracer for my county's COVID-19 response, did an internship on vaccine hesitancy, and TA'd for a few undergraduate biology/biochemistry courses (no lecture responsibilities)

I applied to the following neuroscience / biomedical sciences phd programs:

UNC - Chapel Hill, Duke Neurobiology, Wake Forest Univ, Scripps Skaggs Grad School, University of Florida, UColorado Anschutz, Dartmouth, Univ MN, & Univ Nebraska medical center.

So far, I have interview invites from UNC, Wake Forest, and UF. I haven't had any rejections thus far. Cautiously optimistic and looking forward to seeing what happens. I got UNC's invite on 12/17, Wake's on 12/20, and UF's on 12/21.

Has anyone heard anything about Scripps, Duke, or UMN?
