Penn PhD Political Science

Hi everybody,

Is anyone of you applying to Penn this year for the 2011 PhD program in Political Science? Or anyone who is a Political Science PhD student at Penn?

I am an international student and I spent one academic year at Penn as a Fulbright exchange student. I would love to go back to Penn for my PhD. However, I was wondering about my chances to get admission. Is it very competitive?
