I'm in the stack going out tomorrow!

So I called UC Berkeley Education Dept. to make sure my letter hadn't been lost, since I've heard from my other schools already. He said "unfortunatley we can't give out results over the phone, but you're in the stack that is going out today or tomorrow." I'm thinking since the prospective student day is on Monday, and that is when my letter should arrive here, that I'm probably in the bad stack... or else they would have wanted me to come visit their campus. What's even worse, is that Monday is our spring break,and mail is not delivered, so I have to wait a whole other week just to find out :-(

what do you think? am i right?

Tough call. I'm in a similiar situation. I've not heard anthing and the PhD coordinator won't respond to any inquires. All I've heard is "you should hear something sometime soon".

Plus, I've not received any invitation for an interview. Is that the kiss of death?

at least i can now stop obsessively checking my mail box, i'll just assume it's a rejection and focus on what i need to do for uc santa cruz
