Example GFRP proposal?

Does anyone know where to find an example GFRP proposal? I want to see one mostly for formatting issues.

Maybe I could just ask here. Do we need a title? Also, do we need to include keywords? What are the formatting rules for these two items?

We have a graduate resource center at my university and there is a binder with examples of winning proposals. You might want to check and see if yours has one too...
