Hi! This may be a silly question but I accepted my offer to UofT, but I have to satisfy some conditions. I am still enrolled in pre-reqs so I need to send my final transcripts. How do I request this? I see on the transcript request "end of term" current or future and they give fall or summer? They also noted on my offer letter to show the conferral of my degree? I've already graduated so I am enrolled as a non-degree student - will the transcripts they receive show I already conferred my degree?

Me too! Good to know someone else hasn’t heard anything  last I checked my graduate portal it still said there’s a written notification to follow, so no change.

So I got another email from UBC with a list of things to do like send in official transcripts and click a button on the portal to accept. I click  “respond to this offer” and it takes me to the applicant service centre but then there’s nothing there …. I’m super confused. Anyone else dealing with this? 
 

they just sent out an email saying the applicant portal is down!

Anybody else on UofT’s waiting list receive an email to activate their JOINid? I’m just confused because in order to activate it, it requires your UofT student number which is indicated in your offer letter (the waitlist letter didn’t give a student number)? If anyone knows how to proceed let me know! Thanks! 😊

I called on Wednesday and they said that some people got off the waitlist on Tuesday.  They have maybe about a week or so to respond to their offer. They said 26/30 spots have been filled so far....That's why in my post above I asked if anyone is planning on accepting their offer from being on the waitlist or if they are planning to decline or drop out and accept another offer

so disappointed with Dalhousie's entire application process. So unresponsive and still no answer at all... haven't most people accepted offers bc of deadlines by now?

So frustrating! I haven’t been able to contact them at all. It’s possible they’ve already offered their maximum seats but I doubt it since most people haven’t heard anything from them!

I honestly haven’t heard of anyone that’s heard from them yet. I had also heard that they give out their letters historically late, like months into spring and summer, but from someone else that’s also applying. Not sure where they heard it from. But apparently Dal’s motivator is giving their letters late to make sure you really want to go there and aren’t considering other options as potentially above their program, so they wait until long after other schools have sent out their letters, and then send theirs out. Again, not sure how true it is.

Hi Everyone,

I got waitlisted to UofT and McGill. But I also haven't heard back from Dal.

I just checked my portal again, but I noticed a section that said " Incomplete Items Outstanding" and none of my requirement information at the bottom of the form was filled out (except payment and transcript). I paid the deposit, just went back and checked my email (everything was sent just as asked) and I verfied with my references and they all got the link and filled out the reference letter portal and submitted.

Does anyone else have this on theirs? Because if this wasn't on my end, I don't understand whats going on...

Yeah most people I’ve talked to have the same thing in their portal!

I have the same thing currently. I’m pretty sure I sent everything in to them and they’ve never emailed me telling me I was missing anything (where McGill did). I’m pretty sure it just hasn’t been updated.

They sent another follow-up email after the offer letter one saying that the application service centre was down, and there would be further notice when it's back!
