I got rejected from Brown and Boston college… hoping to hear some good news soon, I feel a bit hopeless right now for sure. I’m going to the store for ice cream to end the night on a good note jajajaja

So sorry for both of you - luckily avoided this because I did not apply to Brown or BC. Already interviewed with NYU but have no idea when I will hear back. Hoping to get an answer this week because I feel like it is a really good fit after being able to speak with some faculty. I felt good about the interview, and a POI said some very kind things about my writing sample.

Thank you for the kind words. Actually, I wanted a non-AS program also at Brown a little bit more, and in a way all the programs I applied to are sorta dream schools/top choices for differing reasons... Anywho, it's not fun being rejected, but having gotten an acceptance elsewhere I'm sure helped me tremendously

Yeah I understand, rejections can be a bit upsetting for sure:/ it never gets easier, especially when the rejection letter says “this rejection has nothing to do with your ability etc etc” I’d rather them just tell me straight up:(

Anyone still waiting for Yale and Michigan? I thought usually they would have released their results by now.

Waitlisted at UMN, rejected for Brown, and still waiting fro Yale. However, I also applied to the combo version with WGSS, so I imagine that may affect when I hear my decision.

Yale won't be for a few days at least - last year people received calls on the 15th. I'm also waiting on Harvard. Still no word from NYU...
