I just found out this morning that my GRE scores were not attached to my application. I'm waiting until 8 am to call the department to find out if it is too late because they were sent just not put onto my application. Do you think it is too late??

RELIEF!!! Sorry for the frantic post...whew. Not a good thing to see before I have my coffee! Just called the English Department and they told me that the department had my scores it just wasn't updated to the admissions office website. She told me to "hang in there" lol. That made me laugh. I just thought this poor woman probably talks to multiple people a day that are freaking out because they think something is missing!! Anyways, hope everyone has a good day.

According to the online checklist, they haven't received the transcripts I sent them. I called last week and was told to wait since they were "still filing." I think I'll call again today and ask if they're not updating the checklist, since that's been the case with the majority of my other schools. I call or email freaking out about lost mail or lost scores, and they actually have everything and just haven't updated online.

I just went to check and realized that I don't even remember getting login info from them. The website asked for temporary login and password. I checked my grad school apps e-mail folder, and none of the UF e-mails mention a temp login. My standard logins aren't working either. I am officially concerned.

Don't be concerned. They didn't send anything out. I went on the ufl.edu site and searched application status. That's how I found out about the account. It's called gatorlink.

Just called to check: They're STILL filing things, and will contact you if anything is missing from your file.

Weird considering that they usually start notifying people in mid-February, but whatever. I just hope they really will contact applicants about missing documents.

I hate everything.

Not really, only most things, but I had the same problem.

They said they didn't have my transcripts (they as in the graduate college)--but I couldn't remember if I sent them to the graduate college (I did send 2 to the DOE) so I just had my university send another. I also had issues with Gator Link because apparently my application got sent in for the Fall 2010 application season and then got buried amongst everything else. I think I'm OK now. Maybe. Not really. I'm still neurotically checking my email!

Good luck to everyone!

Argh, still filing? Frustrating. I think the most frustrating part about all of this is how you just don't know. You just don't know how many admits they're going to make, it's hard to know how many they usually do, you really can't gauge how many applications they got or how competitive you might be... AND they're probably doing some AdComm voodoo on our applications anyway.

Did they look at ur file? The lady had my file on her desk and verified everything was in.

Nope, they were not very helpful at all, she just said that not everything had been filed yet and brushed me off. Which # did you call and which extension did you use?

I'm at work so I don't know exact number, but it was main one to English. Option 222. The woman that answered was nice and transferred me to someone else. The 2nd person is who had the file and looked at it.
