Leavinmyheartinsf Posted April 7, 2008 Posted April 7, 2008 Notre Dame, Penn State and Carolina. I am sure I won't go to ND, but it is a toss up between PSU and UNC.
acoustic_mayhem Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 I'm still trying to decide as well. I've already rejected 4 offers.....still considering Chapel Hill, Indiana, and Washington-- Its getting down to the wire though-- I'm ready for it to be over with.....
p11 Posted April 10, 2008 Posted April 10, 2008 I've decided on Indiana! It was between IU and Wisconsin for me, two very different departments. The people at Indiana seem great and I really liked Bloomington.

What are your research interests and what are your post-graduate goals? I'm currently trying to decide between Indiana and Arizona and was wondering what other prospective IU students were interested in. (Though if I were you, I would have a really hard time turning Chapel Hill down - it's ranked VERY highly and the area is a great place to live: lots to do, great environment, diverse community, beautiful area... wish I had applied there.)
iln Posted April 16, 2008 Posted April 16, 2008 acoustic_mayhem? ?Congratulations on your final decision! I am going to IUB. I think we share the same interests in sociology. I like economic sociology and political sociology. Besides, I am also interested in quantitative methods and stratification. Any way, I wish you the best in your graduate study at UNC.
iln Posted April 16, 2008 Posted April 16, 2008 I am going to IUB, too. We will be classmate there. Look forward to meeting you at IUB! I've decided on Indiana! It was between IU and Wisconsin for me, two very different departments. The people at Indiana seem great and I really liked Bloomington.
