Guest Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 (edited) Anyone apply here? There's barely anything about past years on the results page. Anyone have inside info on what's going on or when we might hear? I wonder what the funding crunch will look like... --- Applied: Harvard (Hist and East Asian Lang), Berkeley (Hist), Ohio State (Hist), UMichigan (Hist), Hawaii (Hist), Pittsburgh (Hist) Accepted: Harvard, Berkeley, UMichigan, Ohio State, Pittsburgh Rejected: Edited March 2, 2011 by Paura

They meet and make the grad admission decision sometime in mid-March, and send out notifications via snail mail (which takes forever given the oceans the mail has to cross). Last year, I was notified of my acceptance like mid-to-late March, and was offered funding after the 15 April deadline for other schools. HOWEVER, if you do really want to know, do send them an email - the people working there are extremely nice and efficient.

In my experience that have been very nice and helpful, so I might do that come late March.
