After phone interview, should I email to inquire or just wait

I got an interview from a dream school last week. The call lasted 10 minutes, and I did not ask when I could hear the admission decision during the interview.

Should I email them to inquire the decision, or should I just wait silently?

Have you sent a thank-you note to a person you had been interviewed by? If not, you can use it as an excuse to ask when you can hear from the program, like: "During the interview I have forgotten to ask you when I can hear news from the program. Blablabla..."

Agreed. A brief email asking when they expect to send out decisions shouldn't hurt anything.
