I applied for PhD in environmental at both, already have my BS in CEE from Cornell and Master's in CEE from MIT. The waiting is killing me! I agree -- it looks from past years that if you don't hear from Berkeley by mid-March, it's a no. Did you apply to Stanford? Any word from them? Congratulations! That is very exciting. I actually just got rejected from Stanford by email. Hah, well not surprised. Naturally a little bummed out.
