I've received two offers:

Molecular and Human Genetics at Baylor College of Medicine, and

University Program of Genetics and Genomics at Duke University

can you tell me which is better?

p.s. I care more about academic research. Both are PhD programs.

Both the programs are almost equally good. What you need to compare is which is a better fit according to your research interest. Of course, I would prefer Baylor if I had to choose.
