Admission into the PhD Program of Stanford EE waiting for financial assistantship

I have been given admission to the PhD program of Stanford University Electrical Engineering. The admission e-mail came on February 16. In that mail it was mentioned that decisions regarding financial assistantship would be notified by no later than April 20 (!!!???) and they are in the process of assigning fellowships.

Now its almost end of march and I have not heard anything from them. I have mailed a several times and they asked me to keep patience. I am worried whether I shall get any financial assistantship or not. Is there anyone facing similar situation? Since no RA or TA is available in the first quarter in stanford, what is the possibility of getting any fund in the PhD program??

I have also a TA offer from Purdue and Fellowship offer from University of Maryland-College park. So I need to decide what should I do. Should I wait??
