zeb64 Posted March 22, 2011 Posted March 22, 2011 I applied to the University of Chicago SSA masters program using the January 15th deadline. I was expecting a wait of 6-8 weeks, however, it has been almost 11. I called on the March 8th and was told that my application made it through the first "reader" and that it will be sent to the second reader shortly. I emailed the director of admissions on the 15th of March and she told me that I should expect a decision late last week. Has anyone heard from UChicago regarding the Jan 15th deadline for the SSA masters program?

If you applied close to the deadline, it looks like you should be hearing by the end of the week. However, looking at past results, it's possible we could be waiting a little longer. Eeee! So close!
