The administrator took down my information, and then I received an email from someone at ISTS, which manages the application website. She said that notifications are expected to be sent this month and will be sent by snail mail.

You may want to call and see if they have your correct email address and then check your spam to be sure it's not in there. Just in case, though: If I hear anything from them via email, I will be sure to post here. I'm sure you'll receive a snail mail notification as well as an email.
