May I know what is the best way to ask for an extension to my 2nd Choice school? I don't know if being straightforward and telling them I am waiting on my Top Choice is a good idea. Has anyone succeeded in asking for an extension before? How long does will these schools usually wait for you? Thanks for any suggestion and advice!! Xero735 Posted April 10, 2011 Share Posted April 10, 2011 You can ask them. However, they want to fill a spot and there are people on their waitlist that are happy to take your spot.
