I think its whatever they put when applying for the GRF. It doesn't really mean anything because they might not have gotten into that school. If I didn't come here often, I wouldn't feel so bad since I wasn't really that worried about funding in the first place. Now I feel slightly sad. I didn't get the GRF so I'm pretty sure I'll be going to University of Michigan for the CSE PhD program. I probably would have gone there anyway, so I'm not too upset!
