curiouskim Posted July 14, 2011 Posted July 14, 2011 Hi guys, I am a grad student (IMC, MA) and I would like to enter into a doctorate course on advertising or mass communication. My research interests are advertising, brand, and ad through social media. I have been searching for good schools fit to me, but I wonder how you guys search for the school fit to you. I am not American and I do not know quite well about how to do it. I found NRC ranking data and some good schools in terms of reputation and research production. However, it is hard to find more schools fit to me. I think there would be some schools which do not have excellent rankings but have great courses and faculties. Could you give me advice a basic process or basics to find great schools fit to me? (It's okay to let me know very very very basic thing because I am not familiar with anything about Ph.D in US) Thanks! Have a great day!
