Help me select grad school

Hi,my GRE score is 1410(q :770,v:640,awa:4.0) and awaiting for TOEFL score.I am permanent resident of Penn

State but currently completing my undergrad from Mumbai University.My undergrad academic performance is quite decent(don't know how to convert it to GPA).I wish to pursue MS in CS in Embedded Systems.1 month internship in R&D dept in a reputed company.I have completed IBM DB2,Linux and hacking certifications.I have also been an active member of two social organisation to teach underprivileged students.These are

I second zeb that you need to tell us about your research experience before we can really assist you. A word of caution though, most of those schools on your list are pretty hard to get into, so I wouldn't classify only CMU and UTA as ambitious.
