Programs similar to NYU

Does anyone know of a program that is similar to NYU's Childhood Education program?

Also, do you know of any fellowship programs where you also receive your accrediation in major cities on the East Coast that you would recommend?

What is the best state to go to grad school in where your accrediation will probably be accepted at other places. (For example if you go to New York for your masters, will Florida most likely accept the course work that you did in New York)
