George2248
Ok I have now submitted must of my online applications. Most of them already have all the recommendation letter and official scores received. The application status is "submitted". Is this status going to change once the department checked that all the documents are received? What should I do after submitting the application to check that all the required documents are there, is the status supposed to change to "completed" at some point? Thanks for your help! elem3nt
"Submitted" means your application has been received by the database. "Completed" means the department received your application from the database. There is a lag. After submitting the application you should go relax because it's out of your hands now. I think "relaxing" is not going to be easy now... Thanks for your help

Interesting... a few of my applications don't have a status page to check whether they've received your materials (ie. GRE score, official transcript), and I was wondering how I'd get confirmation.
