I went to submit my AAUW Career Development Grant app, and the website said I had to pay $35 to apply. Is this for real, or just a lottery? Does anyone know someone who has actually won? I contacted the local chapter, which does not charge to apply to their scholarship, but the rep said that this was something from the national organization that she wasn't familiar with.
