Northwestern GSAS not receiving GRE scores?

I submitted by application to Northwestern GSAS on December 15th. Since then, my application status has been showing as 'incomplete' and saying that my GRE scores haven't been received. However, I had my GRE scores sent to Northwestern when I took the test in June.

I'm just wondering has anyone else had the same message? It might just be a delay in updating the system, but want to check if its something I should pursue?

It might be on their part. Some people are slow to update information. I would call to ask if they received them. I had to do that for one of my schools and they fixed it for my own sanity.

It most likely is on their part. My Northwestern app took a week or two to reflect new changes.

I had issues with a different school when their departmental administrative assistant couldn't 'find' my scores in the system. I called the graduate admissions office after a long, almost-tearful talk with the GRE call center (I had checked with the school every week for four weeks and then 2 days before the deadline they told me they didn't know where they were). It turned out that the admin. assistant had typed something in incorrectly. Check with other offices if there's any doubt!
