PhD Programs Requiring Interviews As A Part of The Admissions Process

Which US PhD programs include interviews in their admissions process?

none that I know of... but i'm sure there are some... i just don't know where they would be... i think overwhelmingly, admissions committees find it most fair and expedient to use the applications w/a heavy emphasis on statements of purpose, prior academic experience, etc.

Harvard did last year. Notre Dame maybe.

Duke did a couple of years ago... they had a list of finalists and invited them to visit before making the final decision.

Indiana had a casual phone interview. I know Rice is flying applicants in for a weekend before making final decisions
