Ow well, if it takes them this long its likely a rejection. They may just keep us hanging to have backup if they didnt get enough acceptances, but they could be a bit more upfront about it. I finally wrote to gradadmissions@ad.ucsd.edu and they replied that we are still reviewing your application. Have you accepted offer from other university?
