FoggyAnhinga
...this year, many schools are pushing back their admission notifications a little later than they did in previous years (probably because of the ubiquitous financial issues blooming across the country, thus taking it longer for grad schools to manage next year's budget)... I called a few schools today and they told me that they are hoping to send admission decisions out by end of first week of April (unlike previous years, when they usually adhered to March deadline)... but they also hinted that their deadline for them to send out notifications is also April 15, meaning this waiting game could possibly go ALL THE WAY to the very bitter end, all the way to the deadline for us applicants to respond on admission offers... Well, March is almost ending, so I guess I better pray for good news during first couple weeks of April... sansao
I get that impression too. I spoke with the DGS, and they just told me that "the outlook is not good for an April 15th notification." It figures that this would happen the year I apply, lol.

Yep, now all we can do is to pray that the remaining schools do not wait until April 15 to send out notifications, haha...
