New to Social Psychology

Hi Everyone! I'm interested in learning more about social psych (i.e. job outlook, relevant research, grad school requirements and competition, etc.). I have a BA in anthropology and some work experience abroad. I've become interested in psychology through work at a marketing research firm, but I really don't know much about it. Any help, insights or resources? Thanks!
