boywholived Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 Hello All Can anyone at Harvard give me any insight into their experience with Dr. Teeter? I'm very interested in his work related to scribal hermeneutics, but his work is unpublished. I've written the librarians at ND to access his dissertation, but would be very interested to hear of any personal experience anyone has had. More generally, I've heard mixed reviews of the status of Harvard's Hebrew Bible program in terms of faculty turnover and its politics. If you haven't worked directly with Dr. Teeter, but have more general feedback on the HB program, or the Religion Department, I'd love to hear about your first hand experience. Thanks!
drechie Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 11q13 - i am interested in New Testament / Early Christiniaty at HDS at the MTS level. How necessary is a background in latin/greek when applying to this specific program? And what is funding like? Thanks!
