hm5400a Posted November 5, 2012 Posted November 5, 2012 I submitted my application in the middle of October, and my GRE scores were sent oct 10th. Apparently the school has still not received my scores! ETS said they should have received them already. The admissions department said they received GRE scores from oct 17th and on today, so mine should already have been there. My question is, should I contact the department, or head of the program, to notify them that I applied and am having problems with my GRE score report? (Also, admission is on a rolling basis.) Should I just wait it out? I don't want the department to think I am being pushy, but it seems like ETS or the school has made some mistake and it may impact if I am admitted. Thanks!
TeaGirl Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Give it 2-3 weeks from when you submitted the application. Also, I'm not sure how it is in other departments, but usually you don't contact the department for this, you contact the graduate school (whatever all-purpose contact email address they provide for questions like this). I did this for a couple of schools and they responded usually within a few days.
