It is a two-part survey study investigating ethical leadership behavior at work and how it influences the employee experience. All you need to do is to take two short surveys, each part will take no longer than 10 minutes of your time. Upon completion of part one, you will receive an email invitation to complete the second survey. Be assured that all data collected will be kept confidential, so please participate and be as open and honest as possible.
