Applyyourself application preview question

After I finished answering all the questions on my application (running on applyyourself), I decided to preview the application before submission. When I opened the PDF, it gave me an error message saying that "the form may be displayed, but it might not work properly. Some form elements might not be visible at all." Then when I opened it, I noticed some of my text was cut off (in the sense that I could see the tops of certain letters in certain places). None of my entries exceed the character limit, although in some cases they're close. Will I be fine in submitting my application?

Does anyone know what the department sees when I submit my graduate application?

I should note that if I try to print my application as html, all things are displayed.
