Finally, finally, the decision status on the application website showed that the decision is available. But I only got the message as followed:

"The Department of Health, Behavior and Society has reviewed your application and will contact you by mail to inform you of our decision. Please contact Barbara Diehl in the HBS Academic Office"

I noticed that in the result list, people who received the same message considered they are accepted, but I still cannot believe it since there is no word mention about the admission.

So is there anyone can tell me what does it mean?

I have no clue what it means. Mine specifically listed an acceptance. Perhaps you were waitlisted? Or maybe they are still sorting out funding and advising matches for you.

Or maybe I am rejected.....

Ugh, I feel your pain. I finally received an email from U Mich Epi saying to log on to Wolverine Access to "View Decision." When I clicked on the link, all it said was a decision had been made and an official letter is being mailed. From looking at results here so far, it seems that those accepted have been receiving emails and phone calls. Also, when I was accepted to U Mich HBHE there was a little video telling me I'd been accepted.

Trying to stay optimistic - maybe I'm just waitlisted. :| Besides, I'm already, like, 95% sure I'm going to choose another program. I mainly want to get in so maybe I can use their funding offer (if any) as a negotiating point for Choice #1.
