The Dasein Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 So I'm currently in the middle of my MDiv program, and I intend to start applying for doctoral programs in theology soon. Everything looks good in terms of grades and letters, but I have a couple "withdrawals" on my transcript. Does anyone know if those are frowned upon by doctoral programs? And while we're at it, can anyone list any other potential small "nicks" on transcripts that others should watch out for?
Monochrome Spring Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 I don't think that a couple withdrawals will hurt your chances, especially if the rest of your coursework and grades look good. If anything, it shows that you understand your limits and won't take on more than you can handle.
doobiebrothers Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 yea, they don't care at all. better a W than a B.
