I'm applying next year for fall 2014 PhD programs, and I was just wondering what other people here are hoping to do after getting their grad degrees. Are you looking to curate, teach, join the circus, etc.?

Join the circus most definitely. I can juggle urinals, you know.

But seriously, I'm looking to do curatorial work in contemporary art. It's a tough field, and it's gonna be as much about networking as it is about the academics, but I like working with people (and can't stand archival research), so that's that :D

Is your stage name going to be R. Mutt?!

I was hoping to join the chippendales, but was made aware of my physical "inadequacies."  I guess that's what prompted me to study the "beautiful" instead.

Anyway, I want to become a professor and researcher.  I do hope, however, to do some curatorial work during my grad school years.

Ah yes, me too. Until I saw how ridiculous I would look as a gif:

And with a chair....
