Yale Epidemiology Decision Delay?

Just received this very chordial email from Yale GSAS:

"Thank you for your patience as we review our applications. Due to the recent blizzard conditions, our decisions will be delayed until mid-March.

We apologize for this delay. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Public Health PhD program"

 

Has anyone interviewed with Yale yet for the Epidemiology of Microbial Diseases PhD program? Or have interviews been delayed as well?

i thought they just had recruitment day on 2/11... I wasn't invited, I thought I didn't make it. I got the same e-mail and was wondering the same thing. I applied for health policy program.

Interviews were supposed to happen 2/11 for all PhD programs in YSPH, but the blizzard delayed them until early March. From what I understand, the applicant pool has been narrowed to only those invited to interview... Could be wrong though!
