I think American may be my best chance of doing the joint MPP/JD program, but I am not sure how/if SPA compares to some of the other higher ranked MPPs I have been accepted to. I just discovered that there is an Admitted Students Day on April 2nd (from the Events Calendar on the SPA website), however I have not heard anything about this day otherwise in my acceptance materials or elsewhere.
