I'm almost certainly going to be attending an unfunded program at Seton Hall. Tuition is actually fairly inexpensive, but it's still more than I can afford and still graduate in any reasonable amount of time. Does anybody have any ideas on getting this paid for besides student loans?

It's a 36 credit program that's about $600 or so a credit at half-rate tuition, which I'll be receiving.

Sounds like we are in a similar position!  I will also be attending an unfunded program and I'm trying to find outside sources.  I know it's late in the game at this point, but have you found anything?  I'm finding that either the deadline has passed or the funding is for full-time students (I'll be part-time).

I wound up accepting my program, banking on finding funding in the next year or so, but I didn't receive any funding for first year. But I just received an email last week from my DGS (who's been great about keeping me informed about stuff) about a scholarship from the Office of Graduate Education for students who don't have any other funding. It's not a lot -- 6 credits a year. But it's definitely more than I was expecting, and it comes out to about $6500. I would email your school's OGE and see if there's anything similar. I know we always expect to receive program or department funding, but if you cast a broader net, the school might be able to get you something.
