charmquark Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 I saw a bunch of people posting on the results board, wondering if today's the day that we'll hear back about the master's program. I emailed HGSE this morning. I'll post here if they share any info. Nice to know other people are out there tingling with anticipation too.

May we share a URL link? Thank you! Peace!

LizaAnnie Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 I just found this site last night as I anxiously searched to find any info on HGSE admissions. I am so ready to know, as we all are! I heard good news from Stanford a few days ago, but Harvard is where I really want to be. I hope that they don't make us wait until next week. It is nice to know that there are others out there just as anxious! Good Luck to you all!
missashley Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 well, i guess this is it, at almost 5 cambridge time on friday. i cannot believe that they are maiking us wait over the weekend. i am going to be such a wreck by monday. sigh good luck all a
highered09 Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 I'm not trying to feed the frenzy here but last year the emails went out after 5pm. Still, I won't be surprised if we don't here until Monday. Happy waiting!
antipod Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 You were right! They did post results after 5pm! Yay! What a relief! Great way to start the weekend...
antipod Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 Does harvard ever offer MA funding like Stanford? And does anyone know when they might make decisions about fellowships? Thanks!
edsocguy Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 Fin Aid said fin aid award letters should arrive within 10 days of decision.
antipod Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 So does anyone else think it strange/frustrating that the admit days for some programs are the same at both Harvard and Stanford???
missashley Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 Ha! i wrote in too soon! I'm in too - - unbelievable. Really. Arts in education (i think i am more excited about not having to wait until Monday than about getting in!)
ed09 Posted March 14, 2009 Posted March 14, 2009 I am in the Language and Literacy EdM program. I applied for the EdD program but was offered the master's instead. Anyway, I am still so excited that I can have the chance to be part of Harvard! Yet, what I am wondering is that I am also admitted to an EdD program at Columbia TC. If you were me, which program would you accept, the EdM at HGSE or the EdD at TC? Thank you for giving me some advice!!! Congrats to all!
parisnewyork Posted March 14, 2009 Posted March 14, 2009 Hi all, Congrats to those who are admitted. I am actually on the waitlist of MA in Int'l Education Policy. Just wondering if there are chances to be off that waitlist? If so, what should I do? Harvard is my dream school and I really wish to go. Would love to hear about your advice. Thanks,
missashley Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 Is anyone going to the GSE open house in April? Or to the off campus events?
