I am trying to decide between a fully funded PhD program at City College (CCNY) and a non-funded masters program at Columbia. juilletmercredi Posted March 18, 2013 Share Posted March 18, 2013 If you are 100% sure that you want the PhD after you finish (and are not entertaining the idea of maybe leaving after the MS), then I would take the funded PhD offer.
