You do need to meet a minimum GRE requirement (especially for the Quantitative part), which is ~ ≥ 50th percentile. I'm not sure about the GPA, though from my experience, my overall wasn't very stellar but I had a good personal reason for it (my Biology GPA was good, though). I made up for my flaws by focusing on the more important aspects of the application: research experience, publications+manuscripts, stellar letters of recommendation, and a great personal statement. I've been a research technician for 2 years, and I think that really helped me show them I am mature enough and very prepared to go to grad school. I was very impressed by their program during my interview/visit, which helped me decide to accept their offer. If you have any more questions, feel free to send me a message! We have 24 incoming students in the psychology program, but I'm not sure how many are experimental. I'm moving down at the end of July-start of August. My lease is up in DC on July 31. I'm originally from South Carolina (just south of Charlotte), so if anyone has any questions about the area, feel free to let me know.
