Best grad schools for illustration and graphic design?

Hi guys!

I want to pursue an MFA in illustration or graphic design. I know both fields are vastly different but I plan to have a freelance career doing both. Illustration is my preferred field and I'd like a program that is contemporary and updated with digital methods. My top pick is SVA but I'm also looking at schools in Europe. Location is important to me because I want to study in a city with a rich art scene.

Any tips would be appreciated! Also, if anyone would be willing to let me PM them my portfolio for review, that would be so helpful.
