Language/Foreign Language Acquisition

Hi guys,

 

I'm really interested in the teaching of foreign languages and the kind of effects foreign language study has on cognitive processes and cognitive development more generally.  I know Stanford's program is really well suited for this sort of thing, but which other ones jump out at you? I'm having trouble putting together a solid list of schools that really fit the bill for this.
