Any suggestions of places to look at? Preferably places that don't have Dec. 1st deadlines because I probably won't be able to apply by then. Would you prefer a large or small department? What kind of location were you after? What kind of advisor would you want? A competitive or collaborative grad group? etc. etc. It's pretty impossible to recommend anywhere when there's no criteria provided by you.
