Where is Harvard's "Supplemental Data Form"

Not sure where else to post this... 

 

I see that we are supposed to fill out Harvard's "Supplemental Data Form," but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. Nothing appears in my application... am I missing something?

The supplemental data form becomes available after you have submitted your application.  It's sort of like a second form that your submit.

Ah... you would think it could be simpler to just have a section in the application before you submit. I suppose I've logged into so many ApplyYourself portals that one tends to overlook the right side!
