Im thinking of typing up all the information they need, placing everything inside their individual envelopes and then shipping it to my letter writers? I sent them a list with deadlines and a short introduction to the programs, as well as my SoP (only one of them) to familiarize them with my current research interests, my CV, and the forms that some programs require.
