Anybody yet to hear from Rutgers

The title says it all. My status on the website still reads "No Decision". My friend in the US called them up to inquire about the admission decisions and the lady said " first round offers have been made" . Does it mean I'm on a waitlist ?

Is anyone else in the same boat ?
