md152 Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 I reported my GPA as 3.64 when it's a thallus 3.63. Should I email to have it changed or just let it ride? Thanks.
thegirldetective Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 My guess is that no one is going to hold such a small discrepancy against you. I wouldn't worry about it.
Loric Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 They'll probably use some other calculation of their own with an emphasis on the major so whatever number you gave them wont matter.
ck926 Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 I don't think it's a big deal at all...I doubt they will notice, and even if they do, I honestly don't think they would care too much
Maleficent999 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Do you guys think they calculate their own number based on transcripts anyway? One of my schools didn't specify on the application what they wanted (last two years or cumulative total). I emailed and asked what I should put and was told (probably by an admin assistant) to put my cumulative total. I'm worried they might have actually wanted the last 90 or 60 units and will hold it against me for putting the wrong number if that's the case.
