This may have been asked, and if so I am sorry, but why are Political Philosophy and Philosophy of Law split but there is no Applied Ethics separate from Ethics? In my experience the latter divide is much sharper and broader than the former...

I take there to be substantial differences between political philosophy and philosophy of law, but I wont at all make an argument that the divide is any sharper. If there were room for more poll options, I certainly would have split ethics and applied ethics.

I didn't put a whole lot of thought into this poll guys, as it was just on a whim. ;)
